Health Vault
When filling out paperwork at your doctor’s office, do you have trouble recalling the date of your last physical or tetanus shot or details about your family or medical history? Do you have difficulty keeping up with the names or your medications or results of your lab and imaging tests? Do you fear having to go to an emergency room and receive treatment from doctors who do not know you or your medical history? Do you grow tired of filling out the same forms with the same information every time you see a new doctor? Keeping up with your health information is an important part of managing your health, but it can be overwhelming, particularly if you see multiple providers. The Microsoft HealthVault can help.
